This is the Open Letter submitted to the Task Force on Scaling Voluntary Carbon Markets (TSVCM) in response to their call for inputs. The letter is co-authored by Sue Phillips (CEO of Gender Tech Enterprises) and Jeannette Gurung (Executive Director, WOCAN) and comes at a critical point, aiming to spearhead action on gender equality, capitalizing on the progress made in recent years within the climate community that is now talking of climate and gender justice.
This is a natural follow-up to the White Paper that was launched in late January on How the scaling of voluntary carbon markets can amplify gender equality impacts.
